ORGANICA vases. Investigating the collaborative relationships between shape and surface, between inflorescence and petal.
Organica Aluminium vases
ORGANICA was born from the shape of a body that wraps a bundle of freshly picked branches. That same shape that the paper sheet of a bouquet assumes by embracing fresh flowers.
A relationship between what is embracing and what is being embraced, between what has a geometric shape and what has an organic shape. Dualism shows objects in which the two natures are in balance. In fact, in ORGANICA vases, the container cylinder is enveloped by the surface which, thanks to its double-curved shape, rests on the surface maintaining the balance of the object. This composition evokes some plant geometries, just like the anthurium, a flower with a large leaf-petal and a linear inflorescence in the center of it.
